Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel your registration or make a substitution,
please notify us at least five working days prior to class start.

If you must cancel, you may choose one of the following:

Request a refund less a $25.00 service charge.
Send a substitute from your organization.
Reschedule your registration to a different GATC session

Cancellations, substitutions, or transfers to another course must be received prior to the course date.

No refunds will be made on registrations that were not cancelled prior to the date of the course.

Good Armstrong Training & Consulting, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a course.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course, a full refund will be offered.

In the case of a cancelled course, our liability is limited to the
refunding of any pre-paid course fee for the cancelled course.
